so i've started my first crochet project in accordance to a pattern...
for the longest time i stayed away from crocheting... i always thought that i wasn't getting the tension right... every piece came out curlier than a waffle cone... unless it was meant to be round...
until i realized that i had been crocheting wrong...
instead of going under BOTH loops... i was only going under one... kind of hard to explain without some sort of diagram (something i don't have)...
anyways...
right now i'm working on the "fat-bottom bag" in stitch n' bitch crochet: the happy hooker... and the piece lies nice and flat... wish me luck!
i'm also using flickr to post this blog entry... looks snazzy...
