i started out with the idea of crocheting a hostess sno ball.... you know... those dome snack cakes that are pink with coconut shavings... made by the same people to makes twinkies...
i have never actually had one... but now that i know that they are marshmallow covered... the chances of me sampling one is even slimmer...
anyways...
then i realized that with the yarn that i was using... it would be a while before i make it really a hostess sno ball size... those things are like the size of a tennis ball aren't they?
anyways...
i decided to make this wee pink dome into a wagashi... traditional japanese confectionery...
so i crocheted a wee bit of yellow to put on top...
and now it just looks like a tit... a pink boob with a yellow nipple...
***bleh*** i give up!

LOL! OMG I forgot about those. Yes, those dome snack things were HUGE and a most unnatural shade of in-your-face-hot pink-was like the fallout from nuclear fallout I guess LOL! I liked them tho when I was a kid.
