i have not been very good at keeping up my posting... and i apologize for that...
unfortunately i also haven't been crafting too much either...
i've started working again... back at the same place i was at before...
but there are future prospects... whether or not i'll be able to fulfill them is another question...
anyways... this weekend was the toronto fan expo...
unfortunately (seems like life is full of unfortunate things)... i was not participating in it as a vendor of my wares...
but i did go on saturday... bought myself 5 anthology trades (graphic novels for you non comic types) for $20 and the roman dirge "betrayal" doll...
i didn't get anything signed by dirge... tho i could've... i just didn't want to stand in line...
afterwards there was a paint and fry at the manor... where i painted 2 paintings and made some yummy yam, potato, sweet potato fries...
for those of you who don't know what a paint and fry is...
basically my friends and i get together... make fries... and paint... it is good wholesome fun...
anyways... i have been trying to get back into the mood of crocheting... but for some reason... i just don't feel for it...
i know i've also been saying that i'll be posting more items on etsy...
i suppose it's not so bad that i've been slacking since i've been back... considering that i've been back for less than 2 weeks... but none the less... i really should get going...
last night when i found out that friend of some friends made a grand on sales at the con... i was really tiffed about not being part of artist alley and not putting plans into motion...
so i said to denise that we need to get our asses off the ground... and her reply was that she's standing...
we'll see how things go... here's to hoping...
