and it all went down... GREAT!

first of all... terribly sorry in my slacking...
after the craft sale on the 16th... i went to montreal & quebec city to see fredrik play some shows... and had the last week or so filled with family gatherings and trying to recover...

the show went down GREAT!
i got to hang out with some really cool ppl...
lola... the organizer... taught me how to make glass beads... which was really fun...
the other artists' work were BRILLIANT...
and it was really nice to have my work appreciated...
unfortunately none of the hats sold... :-\

i finished the 2 hats that the sound guy & light guy for Children of Bodom ordered... a pair of hot pink piggie hats...
they were really appreciative and totally cool with the fact that i needed just an extra day to finish it...

i learned that knitting 8 hats in 2 weeks in combination with bowling is not so good...
but i did have a good time bowling for noel's birthday...

i'd like to say that i haven't picked up any knitting since last tuesday... but over the weekend i did pull out the sock i was working on which was feeling rather under appreciated... and knitted a few rounds...
i've got a few hats that need to be knitted... i might start them sometime in the next couple of days...

apparently romni wools is having a sale today... maybe i'll go check 'er out...
